  • Secure Client Portal: For enhanced security and organization, we may provide access to a secure, password-protected online portal where you can view and download all relevant documents and information.
  • Third-Party LMS Access: We provide access to a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) for specific training or onboarding programs. Your login credentials and instructions for accessing the LMS will be delivered via email.
  • Video and Voice Calls: We will use platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams to conduct interviews, hold meetings, and deliver real-time updates.

Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timeframes are based on the specific services you have engaged us for and will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we will provide updates and information as milestones are met throughout the recruitment process. We commit to a timely and transparent communication schedule so you are always aware of the progress.

"Shipping" Charges

Since we do not ship any physical goods, there are no shipping or delivery charges associated with our services. All fees related to our services will be clearly stated in your service agreement.
